Investing in Communities for Social Impact

Community & State is partnering with communities to tackle health and socioeconomic challenges through social impact investing. The approach involves investing in community organizations to increase their capacity to meet community needs and accelerate program impact. The Just in Reach Pay for Success program is one example of this work in action.

The Just in Reach program provides permanent supportive housing and support services to chronically homeless, seriously mentally ill individuals and addresses the connection between mental illness, recidivism and homelessness.
