In Florida, the Division of Workers’ Compensation continues to revise its Healthcare Provider Reimbursement Manual. The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is likewise revising its pharmacy benefit rules. The Delaware Department of Labor has posted its Workers’ Compensation health care practice guidelines on its website.
