Catherine Anderson is the Senior Vice President, Policy & Strategy at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. Catherine serves as a key member of the executive team and spearheads business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy. Catherine brings nearly twenty-five years of experience in policy development and legislative affairs. Prior to her current role, Catherine was Vice President of Health Policy for UnitedHealthcare Community & State and had the national responsibility for shaping the policy agenda and positioning UnitedHealthcare as the preeminent thought leader in state and federal health programs. Catherine has led strategic and business development programs for new products supporting complex Medicaid populations, Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees (MME), and Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP). In 2017, Catherine was named a Heroine of Washington in the category of Healthcare . This award is presented by the March of Dimes and recognizes recipients for their commitment to community service.
Eleanor leads Community & State’s social impact investment strategy to address critical public health issues, improve community health, advance housing first solutions, and build health, social service, and community capacity. She manages a $9M social impact investment portfolio, develops strategy tools and resources, and scopes investment opportunities. She represents UnitedHealthcare on key committees and working groups such as the Just in Reach Pay for Success Executive Steering Committee and the Appalachian Funders Network Health Working Group. Eleanor has worked at UnitedHealthcare for five years. Before coming to UnitedHealthcare, Eleanor managed a research-based public health program at the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University. She has a Master of Science in Exercise Science/Public Health from Northeastern University and a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
Sarah Glasheen is the Senior Director of Policy and Strategic Initiatives at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. UnitedHealthcare’s community plans proudly serve 6.4 million Medicaid members in 32 states, plus Washington D.C. UnitedHealthcare is a division of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) which is a diversified health and well-being company with a mission to help people live healthier lives and help make the health system work better for everyone. In her role, Sarah focuses on developing and operationalizing initiatives related to social determinants of health, with a focus on housing, social service and health screenings and referrals, and related research and analysis. During her 14 year tenure with Community & State, she has developed extensive experience in growth and strategy operations, reporting and analytics, program tracking and evaluation, and research. Prior to her work with Community & State, Sarah held various positions with government, non-profit and research organizations, all with a focus on program management and operations. She holds a Certification in Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania., M.A. in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University, and B.S. in Natural Resources Policy and Management from Cornell University.

Katherine Keir
Hawai'i State Director, UnitedHealthcare myConnections™, UnitedHealthcare Community & State
Katherine Keir is the Hawai'i State Director of myConnections at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. myConnections is a program that helps low-income individuals and families with complex social, medical, and behavioral health needs access essential services that are the gateway to better health. UnitedHealthcare’s community plans proudly serve six million Medicaid members in 30 states, plus Washington D.C. Erin Henderson Moore is the Director of Policy & Strategy at UnitedHealthcare Community and State. Andy McMahon is the Vice President of Health and Human Services Policy at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Andy worked at the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH) for 15 years, most recently as the Vice President for Policy and External Affairs. At CSH, Andy led an array of national, state, and local efforts to align systems and integrate resources to create supportive housing opportunities for vulnerable populations. Andy also led CSH's work to develop Pay for Success and impact investing models for supportive housing. Prior to CSH, Andy held positions in both state and local government, as a lobbyist for state housing and community development agencies in Washington, D.C., and helped found and was the first executive director of a non-profit housing organization in Minnesota.
Kevin Moore is the Vice President of Policy for Health and Human Services at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. Nicole Truhe is the Director of Thought Leadership at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. Tonya D. Copeland, MBA

Before that, she spent nearly 10 years in the nursing field, including working as a nurse’s aide, in home health settings and as part of a hospital post-anesthesia care unit. Today, she uses those experiences on the front lines of care to inform decisions as she works with business leaders and clinicians to improve the lives of members and the health care system.
Sara Goscha has dedicated her twenty year career to children, families, and adults needing human services, with an emphasis in serving children foster care. She is the Director of Complex Care Populations at UnitedHealthcare, and in her role is working to build a foster care model of care that will transform how we manage these children’s care, as well as working to enhance the model of care for individuals with developmental disabilities, people with long term service needs, and people who are dually enrolled in Medicaid-Medicare. Prior to her role with UnitedHealthcare, Ms. Goscha spent twelve years in state government in Nebraska, before joining PCG as a Senior Consultant working with states to enhance their programs and operations to help the most vulnerable people served through government agencies.
Keith Payet is the Chief Executive Officer of the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee. Prior to this role, Keith served as Executive Director of Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) for the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee managing both CHOICES and Employment and Community First CHOICES. CHOICES is a home and community based long-term care program that delivers services and supports for people with disabilities and chronic conditions to meet their personal care, behavioral health, and daily routine needs.

Corey B. Coleman
VP Community & Strategic Partnerships, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Pennsylvania
Corey B. Coleman is vice president, community and strategic partnerships for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Pennsylvania. He is a senior leader for the local plan, a health plan serving the needs of over 260,000 Medicaid and CHIP members across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Coleman leads thought leadership initiatives across the state, as well as support key community relationships. Additionally, he leads Pennsylvania's Community Investment and Social Determinants of Health Strategy. He previously served as Executive Deputy Secretary of the Department of Health, he managed the operations of the major programmatic functions of the department. Corey directly supervised the deputy secretaries for Health Planning and Assessment, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Administration, as well as the director of the Chronic Care Office. In addition, he served as principal advisor to the Secretary of Health on all matters relating to departmental program services, he formulated and publicly advocated for policies related to all areas of the department. He brings to UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Pennsylvania a wide background that includes experience in government affairs, public policy, strategic communications, issues management, and team leadership spanning positions in private industry and state government. Prior to joining the Department of Health, Mr. Coleman worked for AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies, where he served as director of government and external affairs. He was honored by the Philadelphia Tribune as one of the Philadelphia region’s “Leaders” award recipients. Corey has also been recognized as a 40-under-40 honoree by the Philadelphia Business Journal, as well as a Leadership Philadelphia Fellow. He is a passionate advocate for youth, and serves on the Governing Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region and is an alumnus of Philadelphia Futures’ Sponsor-A-Scholar Program. Corey earned a Bachelor of Arts from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has recently earned his Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University. Kersten Burns-Lausch is Director for Policy & Strategy at UnitedHealthcare. In her role, Kersten is responsible for developing strategic positions to improve access to care and inform the direction of programs that serve Medicaid populations. Prior to joining UHC, Kersten was with the National Association of Community Health Centers where she directed the organizations engagement with federal agencies and efforts to equip health centers with resources to inform state policies to improve access and quality for their 30 million patients. She also previously worked for the Center for Health Research & Transformation at the University of Michigan and the American Academy of Dermatology, and served as a case manager and patient navigator at a health center in rural Michigan.

Brittany Smith
National Women’s Health Clinical Operations and Clinical Capabilities Manager
Britt comes from a nursing background, 10 years as an obstetric and NICU nurse to be exact. She made the leap of faith to leave the hospital setting and start in the world of insurance in 2015. She worked as a Maternal Child Health Case Manager for two years, moving into a position as the Maternal Child Health Program Coordinator at a local health plan for two years, and currently is a National Women’s Health Clinical Operations and Clinical Capabilities Manager on our United HealthCare Community & State’s Healthy First Steps. She works to oversee programs and clinical operations that aid high risk pregnant mothers and high risk neonates. Britt earned her Bachelor’s of Science Nursing from the Mercy College of Health Sciences.

Amy Aldridge
Women’s Health Clinical Operations and Clinical Capabilities Manager
Amy Aldridge is an experienced Maternal Child Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. Amy has worked at United Health group since 2013 and currently is the Women’s Health Clinical Operations and Clinical Capabilities Manager on our United HealthCare Community & State’s Healthy First Steps. She works to oversee programs and develop strategy that aid high risk pregnant mothers and high risk neonates.
Dr. KellyAnn Light-McGroary is currently a Senior National Medical Director for the United Healthcare Community and State Line of Business. She joined United Healthcare in 2016 as the Chief Medical Officer for the Community Plan of Iowa serving there until June of 2019. A native New Yorker, she began her career in 1992 as a nurse in New York City working in cardiovascular medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, both clinically and in research. She went on to manage cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology laboratories in Brooklyn Hospital Center before pursuing medical school. Dr. Light-McGroary graduated from Georgetown School of Medicine in 2004, received her Internal Medicine residency training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and completed her Cardiology Fellowship in 2010 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC), serving as the Cardiology Chief Fellow while there. She remained in clinical practice at UIHC as an Associate Clinical Professor and is boarded in Cardiolovascular Diseases, Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant/Mechanical Circulatory Support as well as Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Light-McGroary received a Masters’ in Health Care Delivery Science (MHCDS) from the Dartmouth-Tuck School of Business in 2016 and joined United Healthcare in the summer of 2016. Her focus clinically and academically has been in building collaborations between palliative medicine and cardiology to improve the quality of end of life care in cardiac disease as well as developing shared decision making and preparedness planning in advanced cardiac disease. She has served nationally and locally in the American College of Cardiology, the Heart Failure Society of America, the Iowa Medical Society and the Iowa Board of Medicine. She remained active clinically until late 2018, serving veterans at the Iowa City VA Medical Center. She currently resides in Solon, Iowa with her husband Timothy, a general surgeon in Iowa City, and their two children.

Benjamin Miksch
Washington State Housing Specialist for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan
Benjamin Miksch is the Washington State Housing Specialist for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, where he works to build bridges between the health care and housing/homelessness worlds and improve health outcomes for the economically disadvantaged, the medically underserved, and those with disabilities and complex health care needs. Benjamin has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and has spent the last decade working in the public sector, including working on housing, tax, and financial regulation policies for U.S. Senator Cantwell and on state and federal affordable housing and homelessness policies as part of the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance. He serves on the boards of the Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness and the Third Door Coalition.
Kevin is the Chief Executive Officer for the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kansas where he leads the strategic development, growth and operations of the health plan. Before joining UnitedHealthcare, Kevin served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Quartet, a health care tech startup, and President and CEO of Cobalt Ventures. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield and HealthNet. Kevin also serves on the advisory boards of tech startups, the University of Kansas, and local non-profits.

Dr. Debra Andree
President/Chief Executive Officer, Community Health Centers, Inc.
Dr. Andree serves as the President and CEO for Community Health Centers, Inc., (CHC) a Federally Qualified Health Care Center, with 15 healthcare locations offering primary healthcare services in Central Florida. Dr. Andree’s commitment to CHC began in 2002 as a pediatrician and over the years her past roles have included serving as Chief Medical Officer & Vice-President, Associate Medical Director and Chief of Pediatrics. She also serves as the Pediatric Education Director/Clinical Associate Professor in Clinical Sciences at the Florida State University College of Medicine and has been on faculty there since 2004. Dr. Andree serves on various committees at the state and local level which include the Florida Surgeon General Physician Workforce Advisory Council. Prior to her medical education degree from the University of Miami in 1999, Dr. Andree obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and worked as a Pediatric nurse. Additionally, Dr. Andree has experience working with the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation process, the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, the Health and Resource Services Administration for Federally Qualified Health Care Clinics, and the Federal Tort Claims Act certification process. She has received numerous service and teaching awards including the Gold Humanism Award and the 2018 Centers for Disease Control Childhood Immunization Champion. Dr. Andree believes in CHC’s mission to provide quality and compassionate healthcare services to Central Florida’s diverse communities which aligns nicely with the goals of UnitedHealthcare’s Community & State FQHC National Advisory Board.

C. Grace Whiting
President and CEO, National Alliance for Caregiving and Member of the UnitedHealthcare National Advisory Board
At thirty-two, Grace followed in the footsteps of NAC Founder Gail Gibson Hunt to helm one of the nation’s leading public policy and advocacy organizations for friend and family caregivers. With previous experience as COO and the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Grace has doubled the budget of the organization in her tenure to date and created the Hunt Research Program. Grace led the nation’s first national policy study of 1,400+ rare disease caregivers with Global Genes. She has led other original NAC research including Sandwich Generation in the U.S. with Caring Across Generations; A National Study of Caregivers of Individuals with Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and ImproveCareNow; Cancer Caregiving in the U.S. with the National Cancer Institute and Cancer Support Community; and Dementia Caregiving in the U.S. with the Alzheimer’s Association, among others. Grace has spoken on caregiving at national and international conferences, including the 7th International Carers Conference in Adelaide, Australia and at multiple national summits at the National Institutes of Health. Grace has also served as a resource to major media on the topic of caregiving and aging, including C-SPAN, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, Oprah Magazine, Women’s Health Magazine, and Kiplinger’s Retirement Report. Grace represents NAC and the United States on the Governing Board of the International Alliance for Carer Organizations and offers ex officio support for NAC’s role as Secretariat. A licensed attorney with the D.C. Bar, Grace was named an “Outstanding Law Student” by the National Association of Women Lawyers after earning her law degree from the University of Memphis. She is a proud graduate of the Louisiana State University Honors College in communication studies and philosophy. Daniel Rutherford Wilson
Director of Engagement and Advocacy at UnitedHealthcare Community & State
A native of Chicago, Illinois Daniel is a May 1999 graduate of Hampton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He also holds an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science from the University of the District of Columbia. Daniel has more than 17 years of professional experience working in federal advocacy. Currently, Daniel is the Director of Engagement and Advocacy for UnitedHealthcare Community & State. In this role, he advises health plan leaders on how to engage community partners to help solve for social determinants of health and healthcare issues affecting the Medicaid population. Prior to his position at UnitedHealthcare, Daniel served as a lobbyist for AARP where he handled issues pertaining to the reauthorization of the Older Americans Act, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Program) and caregiving. Daniel has served as the Director of Federal Affairs for PHI formerly known as the Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute where he represented the organization before members of Congress, the Administration and executed the organization’s federal agenda. Daniel has also served as the National and Federal Programs Director for Compassion and Choices and end of life advocacy organization. Prior to this for more than 10 years, Daniel served as the Director of Policy and Program Development for the National Caucus and Center on Black Aging, Inc., Wilson’s political experience includes serving as Staff Assistant to Senator Charles Schumer (NY), Public Affairs Officer in the Office of Management and Budget under then President William Jefferson Clinton and Regional Finance Coordinator for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee under the leadership of Congresswoman Nita Lowey. Daniel served as the 2016 Co-Chair for the Aging in America Conference that was held in Washington, DC. In 2017, Daniel was recognized by Next Avenue as one of the “Top 50 Influencers in Aging”. Daniel serves on the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Advisory Committee’s for UnitedHealthcare and for the American Society on Aging. Daniel’s memberships include serving as a board member of TERRIFIC, Inc., a DC based non-profit organization that serves the needs of the elderly through housing, congregate meals, transportation and case management; Volunteers of America, Chesapeake Region and the College Park Sandy Spring Maryland Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Cameron Turner applies her diverse leadership and fundraising experience as the Director of Institutional Giving for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Driven by her passion to serve the impoverished in Atlanta, Ms. Turner oversees corporate and foundation relations along with special events and, with her team, is responsible for raising over $19 million in funding each year to address the needs of the hungry and homeless across North Georgia. Before joining the Food Bank, she served as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations for the Atlanta Mission and as a Development Officer for the Devereux Georgia Treatment Network. Over the last 18 years, Ms. Turner has dedicated her life and career to those in need throughout Atlanta and North Georgia. Her vast experience in the non-profit sector has made her an expert in donor relations. This includes corporate partnerships, foundation relations, major donor solicitation, volunteer management, and special event execution.
