The course is based on a large consumer research project Procter & Gamble Personal Health Care recently conducted to understand what factors most influence patient satisfaction.
Care providers can access the course to:

- Discover ways to engage with patients in a meaningful way to increase the odds they will follow advice, recommendations and instructions
The course is specifically designed to account for busy schedules with short videos and brief learning segments that allow you and your office staff to come and go as needed.
