Marsha has been with UnitedHealth Group for over a decade and has served in several leadership roles including Vice President of VBC Strategy, Executive Director for DSNP, Vice President of Missouri Optum at Home and most recently, Regional Vice President for Optum at Home. Marsha deeply understands navigating and leading transformation at scale, balancing member experience, total cost of care reduction initiatives and people leadership. Before UHG, Marsha led business development for Hospital Corporation of America in the Kansas City metro. Marsha has a degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
