We recognize that good health requires more than just timely access to care. We are continuously evaluating ways to improve our members’ overall well-being. We develop programs that address the needs of the communities we serve including food insecurity, housing instability and other social determinants of health.
We support the health and well-being of pregnant individuals and babies. Prenatal programs, access to doulas, and other proven initiatives can transform care, reduce barriers and increase the number of pregnant individuals having safe and healthy deliveries.
We believe that we can solve the hardest problems facing Michigan communities through a unified approach and that the quickest path to success is by working together. We are creating real change by investing in relationships, establishing long-term commitments, and partnering at the community level.
Ensuring that members receive high-value care starts with our provider partners. We invest in measures that improve health outcomes and support health care providers with information, data and rewards for high-quality care. We are committed to maintaining a culturally competent network that aligns with the unique needs of our members.
