Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) offer comprehensive primary care and are essential to addressing social determinants of health and building healthier communities. In New Mexico, FQHCs fill gaps in access to care for thousands of people, including those in rural and frontier regions.
UnitedHealthcare is supporting the New Mexico Primary Care Association to enhance workforce development, health resources training and technical assistance, with the goal of strengthening FQHCs serving New Mexicans.
