Ohio employee receives Hero Award for her work with children

Our staff has a deep commitment to the individuals and communities we serve - we are proud to recognize Erin Randall, a UnitedHealthcare Behavioral Health Care Manager, supporting children in custody in Ohio. Erin was recently nominated and selected by the leaders in Muskingum County for a Hero Award. The award recognizes exceptional individuals that make a difference in helping improve the lives of children and youth in the county. Muskingum County recognizes a hero for each day of April which is abuse/neglect awareness month.

Erin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the Behavioral Health Care Manager on UnitedHealthcare's Children in Custody Team. Erin has worked with the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Ohio for the past three years. In her role, she works as part of a specialized care management team within UnitedHealthcare that focuses on the medical and behavioral health needs of children in foster care and those that have been adopted. Erin strives to make sure that children in Ohio have access to behavioral health services and ultimately have the support they need to live healthier lives.

It is through the dedication of Erin and the rest of our team that we are able to truly make a difference for our members.
