Over the years, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee has worked to address member-provider relationships. We have found that when providers are not properly supported, they are limited in their ability to provide exceptional care to members.
In this short video, UnitedHealthcare leaders reveal some of their findings after visiting providers in six Tennessee cities. By collaborating and partnering with individuals on the front lines of health care, UnitedHealthcare was able to improve processes and training to support providers, resulting in better care for members.
