To continue to drive New Jersey Medicaid toward a best-in-class model, we are committed to:

  • Implementing solutions in response to the barriers faced by our community partners who are working tirelessly to expand access to critical resources
  • Emphasizing person-centered care in order to improve population health

  • Being a catalyst for generational change

UnitedHealthcare Community & State has in-depth experience and knowledge of the New Jersey market. We live here. We work here. We serve here. Our strong local presence enables us to see the opportunities as well as the issues, which supports our ability to deliver effective solutions to address the specific needs of New Jersey.
